RMS Stock Transfer Handler Code¶
Overview¶
RMS Stock Transfer Handler is a task which will continuously read incoming messages from Kafka. Once Received, the messages will be will be prepared to be posted to the Stock Transfer Service. During this process the Type will be checked and location details updated accordingly. The Items will be aggregated and updated within the message’s Transfers. Additional Audit information will be added and the siteDate generated. Upon successfully posting the message to the Stock Transfer Service it is updated with the returned transferId and the previously generated siteDate. The transferStatus will be updated to indicate the message has been TRANSFERRED. Once the pick has been transferred it is then saved within DynamoDB.
